You have the option to cancel your service order, immediately after purchase confirmation or within 5 calendar days. The refund will be completed within 10 business days.

Any applicable bank fees for both the purchase and the refund will be deducted from the final refund amount and are the customer's responsibility, not the businesses (Cityzen Club).

Additionally, within 5 calendar days,you can change the service to another one of the same prices, if available. If the new service is priced higher, the customer must pay the additional difference.

It is clarified that beyond the period of 5 calendar days, no cancellations or changes of service orders or refunds can be made, etc.
